We wish to cover each wedding completely, without sacrificing creativity, for a full documentation of your event. The time needed to do this varies, but most weddings require around 5-8 hours of coverage on the wedding day. Our full-service coverage also includes the time necessary for your pre-planning consultation, the photographers time at your wedding, preview viewing, album design and production.

Payments: A retainer of 50% is required to reserve a specific wedding date. If you have not yet selected a package, a retainer of $400 will hold your date for 30 days. After 30 days a second payment is required to bring your account to 50% of selected coverage. The final payment, including tax, is due 2 weeks before the wedding. All payments are credited to your order. Should the order total be less than the amount on retainer, the credit balance will be refunded.

CHANGES: Wawro Photography must be notified immediately, in writing, of any change in your wedding such as date, time, or location. Because we will have declined other work, advance payments and deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or postponement of the wedding, or if we cannot provide coverage because of a date or time change made by you. This fee may be re-applied (subject to availability) if the event is rescheduled.

Overtime: To give you the level of coverage you deserve, photography starts a minimum of 2 hours before the wedding. The length of time we are at your wedding varies according to the collection you have chosen. If you wish to reserve a package that contains less time than you need overtime can be added to your package.

Pricing and Ordering: Two to four weeks after your wedding the viewing images will be ready. For consistency in print quality and possible damage from increased handling, all additional orders should be placed at the same time. Full payment must accompany all orders. Wawro Photography warrants all prices quoted for services, photographs and albums for a period of 60 days following the date of the wedding. Orders placed after 60 days will be billed at the studio's current published prices, which may be greater. VISA and MASTERCARD are gladly accepted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Expenses such as parking and shipping are billed at cost. Nominal travel fees are billed for distances over 50 miles to site. Weddings out of the Atlanta area may require hotel, airfare, and car rental expenses to be covered. Reserving the photographer for your wedding date requires a signed Wedding Agreement and payment of the retainer. The Engagement Portrait Session and portrait credit is a gift from us and is valid only until the wedding. The credit is for images taken during an engagement session prior to the wedding. Sales tax will be added to all orders.
