It is my avocation. In some ways I am never at work or perhaps I'm always working, it depends on the point of view. The boundary between work and recreation blurs and overlaps. Even without a camera the eyes are always watching, the mind composing.
The morning light as it strikes an autumn leaf, the smile lines of an old and dear friend. If only we could blink and magically capture what we see every day. These fleeting moments are both the blessing and curse of the art of photography.
